Your loyalty card: what to send us

We set up your card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and we change it whenever you ask. This page shows what each image and each line of text is used for, and the sizes each wallet asks for. Send us what you have and we take care of the rest.

Images and sizes

ImageWhere it is usedSize
Square logo (required)Apple: the small icon and the logo beside your program name. iOS 27 poster: the small logo at the top. Google: the round logo.At least 660 by 660 pixels, square. Fill the square with your logo's own background and leave a clear border around the logo, about 100 pixels on each side at this size.
Wide banner (optional)Apple: the banner across the card. Also the top of your customers' rewards page, and Google's image unless you send one for Google.1125 by 432 pixels. Nothing important near the edges.
Image for Google (optional)Google only: the full-width image on the card.1032 by 812 pixels (about 5 by 4), with some space at the top and bottom.
Poster artwork (optional)iOS 27 only: it fills the whole card, behind the balance.1074 by 1344 pixels, portrait (4 by 5), at least 716 by 896. Keep the bottom calm: the text and barcode sit over it.

Every image: PNG, under 2 MB. No text in the banner or the Google image, and no barcode in any image.

Colour

Send one colour for the card background, as a hex code such as #1E3A5F. On Apple, the text turns dark or light so it stays readable. Without a colour, the Apple card is LoyalTea green and Google picks a colour from your images.

The words on the card

  • The program name: keep it to about 20 characters, because both wallets can cut a longer name.
  • The name of your business.
  • The word for your points or stamps.
  • The label for the member's name.
  • Details and links: your hours, address, how to earn, your website, phone or email. On Apple they sit behind the card, on Google in the card's details.

Buttons and tiles

On iOS 27, the card can show a tile that opens your customer's rewards page. If your business has one location with an Apple Maps place, which we set up, a second tile opens Maps at your shop. Apple chooses the tiles' icons and words.

On earlier iPhones, the rewards link is behind the card. On Google, the card has one button that opens your customer's rewards page.

A membership card has no rewards page, so it has no rewards tile or button.

iOS 27 and earlier

If your program has poster artwork, iPhones on iOS 27 show the poster: your artwork fills the card and the balance sits over it. Earlier iPhones show the classic card from the same pass. Without poster artwork, every iPhone shows the classic card.

When a change shows up

Ask us for a change and we make it. On Apple, cards already in your customers' wallets pick it up the next time they refresh, for example after a visit is scanned. On Google, a change to the card's look is sent to Google, which reviews it.
